On Friday evening, Kickserv's database will be undergoing a routine upgrade for performance, security, and to enable development of new features. We expect the upgrade to be completed in 3 hours or less. During the maintenance window, the Kickserv web application will be unavailable, and the mobile application will not function properly. We will post status updates here.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Web Application (kickservapp.com), Customer Center, Search, QuickBooks Online Sync, QuickBooks Desktop Sync, Mobile API, Email Notifications, Billing Systems, Amazon Web Services, In-app Support, iOS App, and Android App.
