This evening (5/31), Kickserv will be making some important security upgrades to our connection with QuickBooks™ Online. The web and mobile applications will remain available, but you will not be able to sync with QuickBooks™ Online while the upgrade is in progress.
As part of this upgrade, your QuickBooks™ Online account will be disconnected from Kickserv, and you will need to reconnect it by clicking the QuickBooks tab and then the "Connect to QuickBooks™" button. This is a one-time, necessary security measure.
