We are looking into a performance issue that typically occurs overnight. As part of this investigative process, we are going to be turning off live updates to the calendar feature of Kickserv.
What this means is that events that are updated by other employees in your account will not immediately update when you're looking at the calendar. You will need to refresh the screen to see updates.
No other part of the application will be affected by this and the app will continue to be accessible.
We will restore functionality by 6AM PDT.
